By accepting our Terms of Service (Shipping Collect Service) or utilizing any Shipping Collect Services we provide, you acknowledge having read, comprehended, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (Shipping Collect Service), affirming that you have also read and comprehended the same.

The entity from which you have purchased goods, referred to as the 'Merchant,' is subject to various charges such as shipping costs, taxes, custom duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country. The Merchant has granted Quuote.me the authorization to communicate with you, the receiver of the goods, to provide additional shipping services ('Shipping Collect Services') and to collect fees associated with these services. Shipping Collect Services encompass courier transportation, insurance, and the option to pre-pay import taxes and duties.

Quuote.me provides you with the flexibility to customize your order shipment by:

Selecting a shipping transporter, courier, or mail service ('Courier').
Purchasing shipping insurance ('Insurance').
Pre-paying import taxes and duties for your order.

Shipping Fee

The Merchant will inform Quuote.me of the Couriers it wishes to offer to Buyers. The cost of transportation ('Shipping Fee') is influenced by various factors, including the Merchant's address, Buyer's address, weight, dimensions, product category, item value, and the chosen Courier. It covers all expenses related to the Shipment, as quoted by Quuote.me, encompassing transportation cost, fuel surcharge, remote area surcharge, residential surcharges, pick-up fees, and any other charges associated with shipping through Quuote.me. Quuote.me will display available Courier options and corresponding Shipping Fees to Buyers, who can then select their preferred option. The Merchant will specify whether the Shipping Fees are to be paid by the Merchant or the Buyer, and Quuote.me will collect the shipping cost from the relevant party before dispatching the order.

Insurance

You have the option to purchase insurance coverage for your Shipments ('Insurance Fees') through Quuote.me. All regulations, terms, and policies related to shipping insurance offered through the Website are governed by the Insurance Terms and Conditions (https://www.Quuote.me.com/legal/insurance-terms-and-conditions).

Import Taxes and Duties

For international orders, local customs may impose import taxes and duties, collectively known as 'Taxes and Duties.' Quuote.me will provide a Taxes and Duties Estimate before each Shipment for the Buyer's reference. If agreed upon by the Merchant, Quuote.me may offer Buyers the choice to pay Taxes and Duties at delivery (Delivery Duty Unpaid - 'DDU') or prepay Taxes and Duties (Delivery Duty Paid - 'DDP'). For DDU Shipments, any unpaid Taxes and Duties become the Buyer's responsibility, and the estimate is for reference only, with potential additional charges depending on local policies. For DDP Shipments, the Buyer pre-pays Taxes and Duties to Quuote.me before shipping, and any discrepancy in the estimate is not the Buyer's liability, provided accurate information is submitted. Quuote.me may charge additional fees for incomplete or inaccurate information.

Quuote.me is not liable for loss, delay, or damage of items in the hands of local customs, and is not responsible if customs confiscates, holds, or denies release of the Shipment to the Buyer.

Additional Fees

Quuote.me may provide quotes for additional fees, such as peak surcharges and seasonal charges ('Additional Fees'), which will be billed if accepted by the Buyer.

3. Terms and Conditions for Access and Use of Shipping Collect Services:

Subject to the provisions outlined in these Terms of Service (Shipping Collect Service), your access to and use of the Shipping Collect Services are limited to lawful purposes. All rights, titles, and interests in the Shipping Collect Services and its components remain exclusively with Quuote.me. You agree not to:

Sublicense, resell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, time-share, or otherwise make the Shipping Collect Services available to any third party without the written consent of Quuote.me.
Use the Shipping Collect Services unlawfully or in a manner that violates data, privacy, or export control laws, interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Shipping Collect Services, or violates the Terms of Service (Shipping Collect Service).

Your Content:

If you wish to change shipment information, notify the Merchant or Quuote.me customer service. Changes may not be effective once a shipment has been handed over to a courier. If a shipment is recalled, Quuote.me will contact you for any required fees before reshipping.

4. Payment of Fees:

Shipping Collect Fees, including Shipping Fees, Insurance Fees, Taxes and Duties, and Additional Fees, are pre-paid using an Authorized Payment Method.

Discrepancies:

You are responsible for any Shipping Fees Discrepancies due to incorrect information provided by you. Quuote.me may charge Adjustments to your Authorized Payment Method.

Currency and Exchange Rates:

Quuote.me may adjust pricing in response to currency fluctuations. Quuote.me is not responsible for fees or exchange rates charged by third-party payment providers.

Disputes:

Dispute any Shipping Fees within 30 days. Quuote.me will not review disputes received after this period.

Taxes:

You are responsible for Transaction Taxes related to Shipping Fees. Buyers providing incorrect information may face penalties.

Refunds:

Refund requests for Shipping Collect Fees must be directed to the Merchant. Quuote.me will refund Shipping Collect Fees upon Merchant approval. If a shipment has been dispatched, it may not be canceled or refunded. Quuote.me is not authorized to refund fees if Merchant declines approval. All payments to Quuote.me shall be made without deductions or withholdings, except for taxes charged by Quuote.me.

These Terms of Service (Shipping Collect Service) constitute an electronic contract between you and Quuote.me, governing your use of the Shipping Collect Services.

5. Intellectual Property:

Quuote.me Property:

For the purposes of this Agreement, "Quuote.me Property" refers to Quuote.me's methodology for providing Shipping Collect Services and Quuote.me's ideas, websites, designs, processes, code, technology, software, copyrights, logos, domain names, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, products, and materials. Quuote.me retains all worldwide rights, title, and interest in the Quuote.me Property, and any rights not expressly granted herein are retained by Quuote.me. You acknowledge that Quuote.me owns all right, title, and interest in the Quuote.me Property.

Additional Restrictions:

Except as permitted herein, you shall not directly or indirectly modify, translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer any part of the Quuote.me Property, or attempt to discern the functioning or operation of the Website or Shipping Collect Services. You shall not copy, rent, lease, distribute, or transfer any rights received hereunder. Page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of Quuote.me, and you shall not copy, imitate, or use them without express written consent. You may use HTML logos provided by Quuote.me solely to direct web traffic to Quuote.me.com. You shall not use automated means to access the Quuote.me Website or Shipping Collect Services without written permission, interfere with the proper working of the Website, or bypass any measures used by Quuote.me to prevent or restrict access.

Client Property:

All materials provided by you shall be deemed "Client Property." You grant Quuote.me a non-exclusive license to the Client Property solely as needed to provide Shipping Collect Services. No other licenses, express or implied, under any intellectual property rights are granted.

6. Confidential Information:

Definition:

Each party acknowledges that it may receive Confidential Information as defined herein. Confidential Information includes information marked as confidential, known to be confidential, or provided under circumstances indicating confidentiality.

Exclusion:

Information subject to exclusions, including non-transactional Confidential Information, publicly known information, information received without restriction from a third party, independently generated information, and information required to be disclosed by law, is not Confidential Information.

Non-transactional Confidential Information:

Quuote.me does not desire any non-transactional Confidential Information without prior written consent. If sent without consent, Quuote.me is not obligated to treat it as Confidential Information.

Standard of Care:

Recipient shall use Confidential Information only as required by these Terms of Service, not disclose it to third parties, and use the same standard of care as with its own Confidential Information.

Return or Destruction:

Upon request, each party shall promptly return or confirm the destruction of Confidential Information.

Aggregate Use:

Quuote.me may compile aggregate results from your use of Shipping Collect Services, with Aggregate Information deemed Quuote.me's Confidential Information.

Information provided to Quuote.me will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Quuote.me does not disclose Confidential Information without consent or as permitted by the Privacy Policy.

7. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quuote.me from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of Shipping Collect Services or violation of the Terms of Service. You also agree to indemnify Quuote.me from claims related to transportation, storage, handling, and other charges for Shipment goods.

Service provided by Courier:

Quuote.me is a technology platform connecting buyers, shippers, and couriers. Quuote.me is not liable for any services or information provided by couriers. Quuote.me is not responsible for any issues with courier services, including delays, damage, or failed pickups.

Merchant's liability:

Quuote.me is not liable for information communicated by merchants or for any misconduct, fraud, or negligence by merchants. Quuote.me is not responsible for how merchants use Shipping Collect Fees.

Using the service at your own risk:

Quuote.me makes no representations about the quality or legality of items shipped or the truth of content posted. Quuote.me is not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the Shipping Collect Services.

Release from all claims:

By using the Shipping Collect Services, you release Quuote.me from all claims arising from the use of the services. You acknowledge that your use of the services is at your own risk.

Other:

Quuote.me is not liable for any fees or expenses resulting from changes in information provided by the buyer after confirmation. You acknowledge that the entire risk arising from your access and use of the services remains with you. Quuote.me and other parties involved are not liable for various types of damages, and Quuote.me's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you.

10. Disputes:

While conflicts may occasionally arise, Quuote.me is committed to addressing any concerns regarding the Shipping Collect Services in a proactive manner. It's important to note that this does not waive the notice requirement outlined below.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This signifies that both you and Quuote.me agree to bring claims against each other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a lead or representative class plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Quuote.me reserves the right to transfer or assign this Agreement or any right or obligation under this Agreement at any time. 13.5 Attorneys’ Fees and Costs:

13.6 Force Majeure:
